First, check to make sure that it isn't available as a part of BU Linux. Failing that, check Freshmeat, a very comprehensive index of Linux software. (It's amazing how many new entries there are every day.) FreshRPMs
(an unrelated site) also provides many nice multimedia packages in RPM
form. If you find something you want that we're not including in our
distribution, please tell us, and we'll consider adding it.
