We are be able to provide the most complete support when you're using the BU Linux distribution. We may also be able to help with other up-to-date varieties of Linux, but the level of support will be less. If you feel that you have Linux needs that BU Linux doesn't meet, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to correct that. |

Support for BU Linux is provided via e-mail. However, since we have limited resources, we cannot provide Linux technical support beyond the services we normally offer for all other operating systems. If you don't currently have a support arrangement with IS&T Systems Support , we can often offer help on a time and materials basis, or we can talk about establishing a more permanent support relationship. Of course, we do encourage you to make use of the resources available here. Please check the FAQ for information and for further places to go for help, both at BU and worldwide. |

If the problem is clearly repeatable, please file a report in the BU Linux Bugzilla. If you're not sure, or need other guidance first, contact the linux-help team. |
